Amanda found her dream job when she began her HR career 15 years ago. She is passionate about ensuring teams are in environments where they feel valued, be their best selves, and make a positive impact on the organization. Amanda has extensive experience in a wide array of HR functions including talent and leadership development, succession planning, workforce planning, team building and engagement, culture work, change management, employee relations, compliance and employment law, and compensation. She has worked in both the corporate environment and operations where her ability to think strategically and build relationships with people on all levels has led to her continued success.
Her love for the mountains (snowboarding, skiing, hiking, camping) brought her to Colorado right after graduating from the University of Illinois. She loves spending all the time she can with her husband and daughter. She enjoys volunteering at her church, reading, and sitting around the table with friends and family eating, and having great conversations!
