Director, People & HR Services Jessica began her HR career 20 years ago and has worked in Construction, Healthcare, Food, and Public Sector Industries. Jessica has a natural ability to support, develop, and work with people. She is passionate about achieving business goals and moving organizations forward through positive employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. She is an exceptional change agent that develops and implements new strategies that lead to improved culture and employee engagement.
Jessica received her Master’s of Business Administration from Webster University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri.
She and her husband’s desire to raise their sons in an active outdoor environment brought them to Colorado a few years ago from the Midwest. They have enjoyed numerous camping, hiking, bike riding, and cross country skiing trips since moving here.
