Meredith, a seasoned recruiter deeply passionate about career coaching, data-driven strategies, and the power of DEI&B (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) in the workplace, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Dayton. She is also the co-founder of Rafter Pro Training, a speciality football training and coaching business dedicated to supporting student athletes in their pursuit of athletic scholarships and professional careers.

Meredith’s experience in talent acquisition has been deeply rewarding, marked by her unwavering commitment to connecting organizations with top-tier talent. She firmly believes that genuine success is achieved by fostering strong partnerships and that, in recruitment, it’s not just about matching skills with job descriptions but about connecting people with opportunities.

Meredith is happily married with two wonderful daughters and three fur babies. Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball, indulging in audiobooks, biking, skiing, and nurturing her garden.
