HR and People Consultant
Tracy has more than 20 years of leadership and hands-on experience in the human resource and talent management profession. Her areas of expertise include HR strategy, performance management, employee relations, diversity initiatives, compensation management, and HR policy development. Tracy has worked closely with business types of varying sizes with an emphasis on start-ups, technology, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations. Tracy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Development from Regis University and holds an Executive Certificate in Inclusive Leadership from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado. She is currently certified by SHRM as a SHRM-SCP, and previously held the certifications of CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) from World at Work, and SPHR from HRCI, each for over 10 years.
