Product Innovation and Workplace Excellence

We’re all inspired by the stories of how small start-up companies with no funding, no name recognition, and a handful of employees grow into the world’s most successful brands. But what makes them so innovative? Is it their resources? Their technology? Their business model?
Innovation is a process that requires you to be open to change. You must be willing to change your business model, product, processes, team, and mind. It’s not easy but it’s worth it!
There is no single blueprint for success in building a business. However, there are certain key components that all businesses need to succeed. Too often, founders find a problem that needs solving. Tune in to learn more about how Hayden built his company from scratch, what he learned along the way, and how he turned the corner to create a company that is not only profitable but also a great place to work.
